Here you can find the current season dates and prices for the Obertauern ski area. The Obertauern ski pass, valid from 1.5 days, is also valid in the Grosseck - Speiereck ski area in Mauterndorf, located about 15 km away.
The Obertauern Winter Card is also valid at Grosseck / Speiereck. Winter Cards are tied to a specific person and cannot be transferred to others or resold. In case of misuse, the card will be revoked, legal action will be taken, and a claim for damages will be filed. Please only use the cards that have been issued to you personally!
Family Discount for the Purchase of Winter CardsA family receives free Winter Cards for all additional younger children/youths in the family (born in 2005 or later) when Winter Cards are purchased simultaneously for the two eldest children or youths. Proof of family membership is required. Winter Cards purchased later cannot be retroactively included in the family discount. This rule applies to the purchase of Winter Cards for Obertauern, Lungo, and the Salzburg Super Ski Card. The purchase of a Winter Card for a parent is not necessary.
Born in 2009 or later. Children ride for free until their 6th birthday when accompanied by their parents. A lift pass is required when attending a course! For young children up to their 6th birthday, a free lift pass is provided during ski courses at the following local ski schools: Skischule CSA, Skischule Top, Skischule Koch, Skischule Frau Holle, Skischule Krallinger. Children born in 2009 or later generally require a children’s time pass or a children’s points pass for attending ski school.
Born in 2006, 2007, 2008. Proof of age is required with a photo ID both at the time of ticket purchase and during controls in the ski area.
Seniors: People born in 1960 or earlier.
Other discount entitlements, e.g. disabled persons with a disability of 70% or more, can only be claimed at our main ticket offices in Obertauern.
